Intel Kaby Lake Details Leaked, Reveals Specifications Processor 7th Generation Core i7 7700K

Then in August 2015, Intel has released its latest line of processors for desktop devices, followed by processors for mobile devices. By presenting new features, Intel 6th generation which has the naming Skylake code also uses a new type of RAM, DDR4.

But now, less than one year, no word on the specs of the latest generation of Intel processors, alias Kaby Lake, where the processor is a 7th generation Intel. As reported by PC Gamer, Tuesday (05/03/2016), said that recently circulated the detailed specification of the processor boards on Intel Kaby Lake, Core i7 7700K.

This specification is derived from a software testing, SiSoftware Sandra 2015. On the web software, it seems that the Intel Core i7 7700K using 14nm fabrication, similar to Intel Skylake. Intel had planned on using 10nm fabrication at Kaby Lake processors, but because there are obstacles in the production problems, Intel delay the use of the 10nm fabrication on Intel processors Kaby Lake.

SiSoftware Sandra on the site, it appears that Intel's Core i7 7700K has a base clock of 3.6 GHz, which can reach speeds of 4,2GHz with Turbo Clock. Then this processor also comes with as much as 256KB L2 cache and 8MB of L3 cache. When seen, the base clock of the processor is indeed lower than Skylake Intel Core i7 6700K, which has a base clock of 4GHz, but with Turbo Clock and L3 cache of the same. 

 Kaby Lake predicted that Intel's Core i7 7700K will have a Thermal Design Power (TDP) alias lower power consumption, considering the TDP of Intel Skylake higher than Intel Haswell and Broadwell. But interestingly whether the base clock lower than Skylake Intel Core i7 6700K processor Kaby Lake Inte Core i7 7700K is able to more quickly? 

In addition, the data also show you some details of Intel 7th generation, such as the Core i7-7500U processor to a device which is a laptop with the core amounting to two, with a base clock speed of 2.7GHz and 2.9GHz in Turbo Clock position. Then there's the Core M7-7Y75 which is a dual core processor with a base clock speed of 1.3GHz and 1.6GHz Turbo clock time in the state.
